• Kit buyers: the download link and your invoice arrive by email from our checkout provider within a minute. Start with document 00, then the inventory. Updates for your licence period come to the same address.
• Featured listings: your badge and position go live within one working day, once we match the order to your listing. Reply to the order email with your company name if it differs from the buyer's.
• Questions or corrections: reply to the order email or write to the address in the footer. We answer within two working days.
