The site, tools, guides, directory and kit provide operational information based on published legal texts and law-firm briefings. They do not constitute legal advice and do not create a client relationship. Decisions about your legal obligations should be made with qualified counsel.

3. Free tools

The tools run in your browser. We do not receive what you enter. Results are indicative only.

4. AI Compliance Kit

The kit is a digital product sold through our checkout provider, which acts as merchant of record and issues your invoice. A single licence permits use within one legal entity; an advisor licence permits use with up to ten client entities. You may edit and adapt the documents for that use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the documents. Updates are provided for 12 months from purchase. Refunds: within 14 days if the files have not been downloaded, or as required by law.

5. Directory

Listings are written by us from public sources. Companies may request corrections. Featured placements and sponsorships are paid, labelled, and do not alter listing content. We may decline or remove any listing or placement at our discretion, with a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site or the kit. Our total liability for the kit is limited to the price paid.

7. Law and disputes
