The rule you are meeting
Article 50(1): systems that interact directly with people must disclose that fact unless it is obvious. 50(2): providers of generative systems must mark output as artificial in a machine-readable way. 50(3): people exposed to emotion recognition or biometric categorisation must be informed. 50(4): deepfakes and AI-written public-interest text must be disclosed, with narrow exceptions for creative work and for text under editorial responsibility. 50(5): disclosure must be clear, distinguishable and accessible, at the latest at the first interaction.
